Privacy Policy
Last updated July 15, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Fullyo collects through fullyo.io, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it.
01Who we are
Fullyo (“Fullyo”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a business based in British Columbia, Canada, operates the website at fullyo.io and provides website, direct-booking, distribution and growth-marketing services to short-term rental owners and managers. For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, Fullyo is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@fullyo.io.
02Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, company name and the message you send. When you book a strategy call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, a link to your listing, your current property-management software (optional) and the topics you are interested in, so we can prepare for and hold the call. If you apply for a role or email us directly, we collect whatever you choose to include.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and scheduling providers process standard technical data, such as your IP address, device and browser type and the pages you view, to serve the site securely and keep it working. If you arrive from a marketing link, we store a small referral/campaign value (a “UTM”) in your browser so that, if you go on to book a call, we can understand which channel it came from.
We do not run third-party advertising networks or behavioural-tracking analytics on this website, and we do not knowingly collect special-category (sensitive) personal data.
03How we use your information
To respond to your enquiries, schedule and hold strategy calls, review your listing ahead of a call, and provide and manage our services.
To operate, secure, maintain and improve our website, and to keep records of our communications with you.
To send you relevant updates where you have asked us to or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
To comply with our legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
04Legal bases for processing (GDPR)
Where the UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on: your consent (for example, optional marketing); performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one (for example, arranging a call you asked for); our legitimate interests in running, securing and growing our business, balanced against your rights; and compliance with legal obligations.
05Cookies and similar technologies
We use only what is needed to make the site and the booking experience work. The embedded Cal.com scheduler sets its own cookies and local storage to run the calendar; our site stores the referral/campaign value described above in your browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking the scheduler's cookies may prevent the in-page calendar from working, in which case you can still book directly on Cal.com.
06How we share your information
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to deliver the service: Cal.com (call scheduling), Netlify (website hosting and form handling), and Google (Google Meet and Google Calendar for holding and recording calendar entries for the call). We may also share data with professional advisers, or where required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
07International transfers
Our providers may process personal data in the United States and other countries whose laws differ from your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision) so that your data remains protected.
08How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above: enquiry and booking records for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterward to manage the relationship and meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
09Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; to correct or delete it; to object to or restrict certain processing; to receive a copy in a portable format; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@fullyo.io. We will respond within the time required by law, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
10How we protect your data
We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to address any issues promptly.
11Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12Third-party links
Our site and content may link to third-party websites, including client sites and platforms we integrate with. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their own policies.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, where changes are significant, take reasonable steps to let you know.
